Services
Our forensic evaluations consider all direct and indirect factors that can impact the outcome of a dispute, and provide defensible estimates of the present, future and / or lifetime costs to replace a loss in income, a service (e.g., housekeeping, attendant care) or to fund treatment or purchase assistive devices. Our critique reports (reviewing opposing opinions) utilize the same methodology, which is founded on principles that ensure service and equipment recommendations are clearly supported by the documentation, the nature of objective ongoing impairments, peer-reviewed literature, standardized methodology and best-practices.
The following forensic evaluations can be performed individually or in combination, depending on the nature of an individual’s illness or injury and the losses being claimed or disputed.
Future Cost of Care Assessment / Life Care Plan
Earning Capacity Evaluation / Loss of Earning Capacity Evaluation
Worklife Expectancy / Loss of Worklife
Additional evaluations can be conducted to provide valuable information about an individual’s physical and mental pre- and post-loss abilities and the demands of pre- or post-loss jobs/potential jobs.
