Future Cost of Care Assessment / Life Care Plan

The extent of medical, functional and vocational recovery varies from one individual to another, even between two individuals who have the same illness or sustain the same injury, due to many factors, including but not limited to pre-incident morbidity, lifestyle, personal responsibilities, education and biopsychosocial factors.
A Future Cost of Care Assessment / Life Care Plan is performed to determine the medical needs, assistive devices and / or replacement services that an individual requires over the course of their lifetime to enable them to engage in vocational and avocational activities to the fullest extent possible and maintain a quality of life as comparable as possible to their pre-loss life.
